How do I access premium features after subscribing?

Premium features unlock instantly. Check out Portfolio Performance, Item Search, and API Docs — all accessible from the navigation bar.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods via our secure payment processor, Polar. All payments are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

Will the price change?

Price change is not planned, and if it were planned we would not raise the price for already paying customers. In the future we might add more tiers as more features get added.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Are there some caveats I should be aware of?

Yes, here are a few important points to keep in mind:

  1. Pricing accuracy: Although we aim to provide as accurate pricing as possible, we do not guarantee accurate pricing for all items. In particular, high-end field-tested gloves and similar float-reliant items may not show accurate float-based pricing, as the algorithm bases pricing on minimum price for general wear tags (FN/MW/FT/WW/BS).
  2. Container management: Containers have to be manually managed, as Steam does not allow fetching containers via any API.
  3. Single Steam account: One Steam account can be tracked per subscription. You can change which account gets tracked occasionally.
  4. High traffic: During peak usage, the server may experience slowness. The Steam item fetching API can be unpredictable with rate limiting.
